We have improved the text of the email that is sent to employees after they are invited by the admin. The text now gives some more context about Papershift and where to find help if there are any questions.
For customers that are also working with Paychex (payroll service) we added a new payroll export that makes integration of both systems very easy. The export creates a .dat file that can be handled by Paychex.
In older releases, we have made sure that special characters like “&” are displayed correctly in certain places. With this latest update, we have included more places where these characters are now shown (e.g., shift notes in calendar exports or notes in time tracking exports).
System notes in absences state if the employee was removed from any planned shifts, including the time and date of the shifts. This information is now considering the set time zone of your account.
